We recently had a delicious dinner at Bilboa. The menu is inspiring with Mediterranean and Moroccan touches, which will leave your taste buds craving for more. Should you need some recommendations, we suggest you try the following dishes from Bilboa:
Crispy Prawns served with preserved lemon & chili pepper or the Asparagus Hummus served with feta, cumin, tahini and flatbread.
The fillet was outstanding. It was served with red chimichurri, flatbread and yogurt. If you are looking for a lighter option, I suggest you try the Trout served with spiced couscous, preserved lemon, coriander and sultanas.
Obviously, no meal is complete without dessert. The ricotta crème served with apricot puree, yogurt sphere and honeycomb was out of the world!
